At Floura Life, we stand fully behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

We want every customer to feel completely confident when trying Floura Daily Drops for the first time. Your satisfaction and trust are our highest priority.


How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@flouralife.com within 30 days of your order date and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • A brief note that you would like a refund (no explanation required)

You are not required to return the product. Once your request is received, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days and send you a confirmation email.


Refund details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping costs are refunded in full
  • No restocking fees or return shipping costs apply

Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly subscription and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@flouralife.com. Cancellations made before your next billing date will take effect immediately with no cancellation fees.

If you have been charged for a renewal order that you did not intend to place, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.


Exceptions

The 30-day money back guarantee applies to all first-time orders of each product. For repeat orders of the same product, refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out — we are always happy to help.
